Jeanette - Thanks so much! It was a super easy project, and a fun way to dress up a pair of plain shoes. I'm sorry the link no longer works! I found another source here. Good luck!

Hi, I was really impressed with your idea! I have lots of flowers and was planning to do the same, but I can't find actual shoe clips. I tried your link, but it is no longer available. Perhaps I did something wrong! I'm what they call a dinosaur, when it comes to this computer, this is all new to me. So if you could tell me where to get the clips, I'd be very greatful! Have a great day

Definitely give it a try! I didn't have the patience to wait for an order of shoe clips to be delivered so I gave it a shot. You could always cut the part of the bobby pin that goes inside your shoe and put the rubber piece on the cut end. But it's worth a shot - or order some shoe clips from the link I posted! BTW I'm totally going to make your chain/tassel necklace - LOVE that idea.

adorable! but really, you just used a bobby pin and it worked? My grandma used to have a bunch of them but they were actual shoe clips ...I'd love to DIY a bunch but need to find the perfect clip that won't slip OR damage the shoe. hmmmm .

These really are fabulous though. Maybe two -spaced- shorter bobbies. ..I have some black ones...maybe they'll work. I'll try it. Thanks!
